Jim Morley creates music
from his home studio and records with his Modern Rock band, Curbside Life.
Born in Kansas City, MO to an artist mother and a musician father, he
currently resides in the northern Illinois countryside where he finds the
serenity to practice his craft. But with Chicago just an hour away, he is
able to access the energy of the city when the mood strikes him.
Those close to him speak of his loyalty, devotion to family, and his profound love for the arts. He also loves fast cars, cellos, thunderstorms, sweet wine, 72 degree weather, old trees and "real" people. He devotes endless hours to writing music, composing string arrangements and to his various engineering endeavors.
